Ron HHave corporate fix their app and mobile checkout process as we had difficulty finalizing our profile so we could use and them when we did have access the app stalled at the verification stage. We had to call the support number provided with the booking and where then out on hold for 1-hour to get help and access to the key. That being said the location staff did providw their contact number just in case but we chose not to bother them on their day off because the app provide s a support number - this support assistant timeline needs improving.
