The U-Haul representative Shelley in Salmon Arm is a great person and we appreciated her friendly manner and super professional attitude. She even gave us a call one day after return of the moving truck notifying us that we forgot an eyeglass case. Though we told her that we wouldn’t be back in Salmon Arm before September she promised to keep it for us. Awesom!
