App said this location didn’t have the trailer I needed and pointed me to two neighbouring communities, ~30 and ~45min away. I called in the morning, this location did, they had more than 1 of the trailer I needed and wasn’t reflected in the app. The app couldn’t determine a drop location in my destination City, I asked this location to figure that out and then did not oblidge. I called Uhaul trafficking myself and got the answer needed. The app suggested an alternate drop location ~5hrs away, the owner of this location agreed that notion was ridiculous and the suggested City made no sense. Fix the feed to App…

The Trailer attendant swept out our trailer and even offered to clean it further if need be. He also helped us with hitching up the trailer unit, checking the brake lights, signal lights, etc., and was very congenial while doing so.
