The location and service was good overall. What I was unhappy about is that I had originally booked the trailer in Vernon and was told they had one salable until the evening before I flew out. I ha d to drive 120 minutes out of the way because of this inconvenience. The tow truck I had scheduled to meet onsite to put the car on the trailer was unable to be there due to the delay. We had to ratchet strap the car onto the trailer which also added another 90 minutes. This put us past 2:00 pm. Now our drive from Vernon to golden where I had to pick up another truck turned into a 12 hour drive because the highway closed at 2pm for avalanche control. This closing was for at least 48 hours. We had to drive all the way south close to the border and then back up again. Very upset that the trailer booking caused all the scheduling to be thrown off. A simple 6 hour drive turned into a 19 hour nightmare. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the trailer booking was so complicated.
Mohammed HGive correct city and directions! We spent hours driving all over to Enderby trying to find the place - google maps instructions were way off. Saw other uhaul trucks pulled off looking at phones/maps, also lost it seemed. The location itself is very nice. Just need to know how to get there. It's in salmon arm not enderby.
Lawrence NFIX YOUR HEADOFFICE. THEY TRIED TO GET MY TO DRIVE TO THE NEXT TOWN TO PICK UP A TRUCK 40KMS AWAY. BEING YOUR SERVICE CHARGES BY THE KMS THIS MEANS AN EXTRA 80KMS PLUS FUEL. I HAD THEM REPOSITION THE TRUCK TO MY LOCATION LOCATION IN SALMON ARM. THE PPL AT THE LOCATION WERE AMAZING.
