In & Out in a timely fashion - would recommend booking through the official U-Haul site as I had issues with just going directly to the dealer for a trailer rental the next day in Salmon Arm (currently in an investigation/complaint)

Waiting for a resolve of an (for me) significant issue - Aviator RV & Self Storage was told that I was dropping the trailer in Kelowna and the Aviator staff person confirmed that I would be at the Kelowna U-Haul facility before they closed at 7pm. But when I got to the U-Haul site in Kelowna, I was advised that Aviator had put it as an "in town" rental & the trailer needed to be returned to their location in Salmon Arm - a $184 extra drop charge to leave it Kelowna!! Needless to say, I was very unhappy & was not going to be able to return to Salmon Arm. The Kelowna U-Haul site helped me the best they could & I have a complaint/investigation in with U-Haul corporate. Hoping this is resolved in a timely fashion.

JOHN NThe location and service was good overall. What I was unhappy about is that I had originally booked the trailer in Vernon and was told they had one salable until the evening before I flew out. I ha d to drive 120 minutes out of the way because of this inconvenience. The tow truck I had scheduled to meet onsite to put the car on the trailer was unable to be there due to the delay. We had to ratchet strap the car onto the trailer which also added another 90 minutes. This put us past 2:00 pm. Now our drive from Vernon to golden where I had to pick up another truck turned into a 12 hour drive because the highway closed at 2pm for avalanche control. This closing was for at least 48 hours. We had to drive all the way south close to the border and then back up again. Very upset that the trailer booking caused all the scheduling to be thrown off. A simple 6 hour drive turned into a 19 hour nightmare. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the trailer booking was so complicated.
