Upon pickup, the truck windows were still frosted. I looked for an ice scraper to clear them. When I did not find one, I went inside and asked if they had one. The gentleman working the counter apologized that there was not one in there, pulled one out of his personal truck, cleared the windows for me and sent me with his scraper. This is a great level of customer service! Thank you.
Michael EWhen we told them about the low air tire pressure warning they just said ignore it. Oh really lives in danger & law suits not scary? & there was a soda can left in the holder from the previous renters. For all that money they charge they need to give us some credit back.

Jenni TToo many homeless around the area. Also, my original U-Haul location didn’t have my car ready so I had to delay my original plans and go to a different location to pick up the car. I didn’t even receive an apology for my inconvenience.
