They charged me for a dolly when I didn’t get a dolly. I brought this up because it should be a simple solution but they said there is nothing they can do about it. This happened at the Uhaul at 406 E 300 S in Salt Lake City, UT. Bad experience and I want a refund.

They are reporting the gas amount incorrectly and charging for gas improperly. I dropped it off at 3/4. And they are reporting 1/2. That’s the most dishonest thing ever.
