Never been to a location so laughably ill prepared. I showed up a minute before my scheduled pickup. The owner look wide eyed, like genuinely terrified, and said he didn’t know where the uhaul guy was and that the computers were down. He told me to go to another location, even though my reservation was for that one. I went to the other location and the line was practically out the door. I figured I didn’t have a chance getting a truck there, and also figured the owner who told me to go there might just be a massive idiot. So I went back to the original location. When I got back I saw one of the trucks had moved spots, and the owner was on the phone with uhaul. He then acted as a middle man with me and the uhaul rep on the phone. None of this was convenient. At one point the owner was talking with uhaul on the phone for my rental, while also shouting over my head to chat with the person behind me. It was so awful I just couldn’t even be upset anymore and just started laughing. I am legitimately amazed I got the truck at all, let alone in time to get the things done I reserved the truck for. I’ve never had a high opinion of uhaul. Only using them out of necessity. But I’ve never felt a need until today to leave a bad review. The bar is on the floor and this experience still failed to meet it by a mile.

Had to call u-haul.com after returning the vehicle in order to get the vehicle return recognized and to obtain my receipt. This is a very poorly run shop.
Mary Hwas way too pricey for using it for about 5 hours.
braxtin sWay too expensive , overcharging for miles, plus extra fees like environmental and safe trip feee??? Like why all the fees especially when I got a 3rd party insurance policy all that on top of a bunch of ridiculous taxes. Will take my business elsewhere as I believe other companies do Not charge nearly as much for ridiculous things.
