Truck was ready when I went to get it, that's all I could ask for
JAMES PThe additional equipment I reserved were not provided which greatly handicapped my ability to move large items efficiently in the time I rented for. The checkout/check-in instructions were clear to follow but certain things (keys in the drop box) where not ready as indicated. The service desk was very helpful and efficient, however. The location was convenient to get to from my home to the storage unit and to get the moving truck out of.
