STEPHANIE MY'all really need to make sure the check in is easy. My particular pickup had a lock that prevented me from accessing the back of the truck. Luckily the customer service really helped me out by extending the rental. But I had to hire a locksmith to grind off the lock. It cost me full day of time and way more money than I had to spend on my move. I hope there's an extensive checklist that employees follow to ensure that pickups are easy and ready. This could have turned into a bad day given all the other logistics I scheduled for my move. I won't leave a bad review because I know stuff happens. But the details matter
