Pick up was easy but does pick up and drop off talk we filled up the gas to where we got the truck 3/4 a tank and at drop off they charged us for gas? Instructions clearly say it needs to be where you picked up the truck.

JODY RAngie was such a big help… she was there to assist us and answer any questions we had. When we called her.. She was always available. She made returning the vehicle so easy and convenient. We really appreciate everyone involved in this operation. You guys are the best.

STEPHANIE MY'all really need to make sure the check in is easy. My particular pickup had a lock that prevented me from accessing the back of the truck. Luckily the customer service really helped me out by extending the rental. But I had to hire a locksmith to grind off the lock. It cost me full day of time and way more money than I had to spend on my move. I hope there's an extensive checklist that employees follow to ensure that pickups are easy and ready. This could have turned into a bad day given all the other logistics I scheduled for my move. I won't leave a bad review because I know stuff happens. But the details matter
