The app is garbage. I went through the entire process once and returned the keys. When I opened my phone the app was showing I did not even start the process. Upon redoing the entire process I was not able to get sufficient photos of the rear of the truck.
Matthew MI came after office hours to drop off my truck. I almost left the truck in the first parking lot I saw but then found a note on the door saying I could not leave the truck there. I called and found I had to park in a gated lot on the other side of the building if I didn’t want it to get a ticket. It was a confusing drop off situation that almost cost me more.
Maxwell TPick up was easy but does pick up and drop off talk we filled up the gas to where we got the truck 3/4 a tank and at drop off they charged us for gas? Instructions clearly say it needs to be where you picked up the truck.
