Worst experience ever. Vehicle was not maintained. Vehicle was left dirty inside and out. I was kept 1.5 hrs at the location just to rent the vehicle rude service with voicemail left on my phone. I don’t think they realized they never hung up the phone. Then they tried to overcharge me white out my knowledge of being charged the next day. A very shady company. Will not use uhaul again

Reverse light out. Back of vehicle dirty. And was told that it was just serviced the day before..
