My rental experience was very good except that I was scheduled to drop off the trailer at Briggs Auto Body and I waited 45 minutes to drop off the trailer and no one showed up. I was redirected to Salt Point, which was fine, but the whole drop off process should have taken no more than 39 minutes and it took about 2 hours. This was very frustrating.
