This review is for all Location and Main Offices: To make things easier for everyone is to this, After a customer Pick-Up or Drop-Off equipment have the PROGRAM send to the customer a link to up load pictures of the equipment so this don't happen to them: After I picked-up my truck and car dolly (I did take pictures of everything) went home to load the truck then went to my new home to unload but could not get the truck up the hill so found a storage place unloaded the truck. The car dolly was Damaged the fenders was where I picked it up from.

Brian SLocation was changed the day before without warning. Customer service assured the location would be the same as when I reserved despite pick up location and truck size changing. Got home with the truck and got the text and email of the drop off location. Customer service couldnt do anything, ended up dropping off an extra 30 minutes away. Drop off area was very small for a 26 ft truck
