The employee was 45 minutes late and I had to stand outside in the Texas heat for him to show up then he wouldn’t let us go into the store, he made us stand out side, I wanted to rent a dolly from him but I didn’t. No paperwork all done on his phone outside

This was an old deserted building. The vehicle was not ready until 415. No one answered the phone all day or returned my calls after 15 tries. White cat hair was everywhere. Seatbelt was pulled out and hanging on a wire. Wow. My 1st uhaul rental and my last.
Maryann DDoor at location is locked, had to call to get someone to open the door and get my uhaul trailer.
