Never really had personal contact with this place, but it was convenient and easy. Thank you. My only comment for improvement has nothing to do with this location. The app didn't work on my android phone so I had to use the website which was a bit difficult and frustrating on a phone. However, it really did only take about an extra 15 or 20 minutes to figure it out.Lene G.

The young man who assisted me in procuring my rental , I believe his name was something like Asheem, was exemplary. He is a young black man who I believe may be a regional rep. Part of my career was spent in employee acquisition. He is the kind of employee I was always on the lookout for. He had an excellent demeanor, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product and excelled in regard to customer satisfaction. The provider didn't record the truck's mileage prior to letting me rent it. On my online submission I put my estimated travel miles as 85. But I only ended up driving around 40 miles (was too tired after my 2nd trip and just decided to stop moving anymore items). The man still charged me on the estimated 85 miles plus another 8 miles. He said I even went over. I shouldn't have assumed that he had the mileage recorded. Truck was good but the previous user left the blanket bag open so I also mentioned that before driving the truck. Now I'm thinking that the man did not check the truck at all before letting me rent it.Joseph Andrei B.
Notify customers of your web app's planned maintenance window beforehand, or at the very least, prevent customers from booking a reservation time during this window. Our 10:00 AM pick up turned into an hour-long process because the U-Haul truck share web app constantly going down for a 'planned maintenance outage window'. Had a known about this predetermined downtime of the app, I would've reserved a different time to pick up the truck and saved myself the annoyance on an already stressful day due to the move.Tanweer R.
Took an hour to get keys for the truck. I even reserved it several days before. I was the only customer, it should NOT have taken this long to get truck. Took FOREVER!!! Actually took longer to get truck than it did to move furniture After paperwork was done, Allen tells me the lockbox was stolen and didn't have keys for the truck. Why would he do the paperwork and charge my credit card if he had no keys?!?? As he's walking around looking for them, I actually find them! When someone books a reservation, you take their card info. When I went to pick up my rental, your systems were down and I was unable to get my rental on time, because you couldn't process a payment.... You have my card information. It is unacceptable to deny a paying customer when they've provided form of payment for your services. Especially when the issue is the company's fault, not the customer. I know I wasn't the only customer "inconvenienced" with that issue this past weekend. You cost people time, man power, and money to no detriment to yourself. As a big corporation, it is your responsibility to take care of your customers and you definitely did not do that. I will not be recommending you to anyone.leanna J.
We called customer service and was told we could take all 3 rentals to one location. When we got there we were told it was not the correct location and corporate was wrong and tried to charge us an additional $300 to drop them off there. They gave us the location we were supposed to take them to and told us the were open at 8. When we got there they were closed. It took us another hour to check them in on your website. They were closed when we dropped off the truck and car hauler. I wish they had an accessible parking lot for drop off rather than parking on the side of the street. And the key drop did not stand out well compared to other locations I have been at that had the bright orange box to look for.Michelle M.

After representative checking the trailer out specifically told me that it was ok to drop the trailer outside the office on Sunday, the clerk I called in to make sure everything was ok told me I was not allowed to drop the trailer after hours and would have been held liable if anyone had stolen the trailer. They need to get there policy's straight and then not blame the customer.Joshua W.
At first I was skeptical about this process. About maybe being charged for unknown damages or used materials, gas, etc... but after the whole experience I am super pleased with this service. Even through my return process glitched, the customer service lady helped out greatly and was able to resolve the whole issue. Will be recommending and using the service again! :)Mathew T.
I was charged an extra $15 for an unknown reason. I filled the gas tank beyond what was required, I caused no damage to the truck, and I returned it early. Also the mobile pick up was a fiasco that cost me 2 hours of my personal time to correct. The delay primarily was due to the excessive hold time.Adam B.
