They were painting new parking lines in the parking lot so I could not drop off at the exact pickup spot. Workers directed me where to park.
TAYLOR TI believe the transmission on the truck I rented needs service.
Scott PI do want to suggest for less picturing upload through the app since it does take up too much time and the app shows 'Image can't be processed' multiple times. The timing issue is not a problem during returning the truck but during the pick-up session could make customer nervous since the timer started already.
CHIENYUN CIt was a positive experience except the app wasn't working properly and it had us returning the vehicle when we were trying to rent it. Possibly user error 😕 but it wasn't a quick process. Make sure that you're not in a hurry especially if it isn't your first time renting. Utilize the customer service line. They are very helpful especially if you don't know what you're doing.
