I rented a U haul for 4 hours and it costs 145$? Too costly!

LUCIA WI don’t really leave negative reviews but I do not recommend the two locations I had to pick up the Uhaul truck and trailer from. We reserved a truck, trailer, and movers at least two weeks in advance. Neither the truck or trailer were available when we showed up for our reservation. The individual that helped me at the 7747 W US Hwy 90, San Antonio, TX location was no help at all, seemed overly tired and could not put a sentence together to save his life. The general manager had to step in while also helping another customer. I had to reschedule the movers multiple times due to having to pick up the truck and trailer from different locations. After 3 hrs we were told the vehicle is available at the 12135 Potranco Rd location. By the time I picked up both rentals we had to cancel and rebook movers for another day. We are not please with the both locations in San Antonio, TX we went to.
