The picking up was a breeze but the actual truck had the death wobble over 45mph and the left front wheel was very unstable. One of the headlights was out as well. It was the worst driving experience I have ever had… I was very anxious and it took forever driving only 45mph . Very disappointed with the actual truck .
Christy HThey didn’t load the keys in the back making my reservation 3 hours late..when they opened…then when they did the paper work, the gas was wrong, they’re papers showed it was at a quarter tank of gas, when in reality, I took a picture of it and it was half of a quarter tank of gas
SETH GWe reserved the truck and a DOLLEY and furniture PADS and were informed AFTER we did the paperwork and oaid foe our rental that these items were unavailable. We had to buy a Dolley at Lowe’s for $100
