Not worth it . My truck pickup was in a dark one way alley. I was scheduled for a pickup and The only truck there was mine. there were 4 other trucks in bright visible spot. Mine should have been ready to go and in a more safe place. On top of that, my truck was locked! They had to offer me a different truck that was in the bright location. I couldn’t drop off the keys where they wanted because there was no where to place them! My pickup was at midnight and my drop off was at 10 pm. I had to spend my gas to go drop the keys off the next business day. Quite disorganized. This added an additional 90 minutes of frustration and communication with support.

jose lAs I mentioned my reservation was moved locations last minute for pick-up. In addition, I got a drop of location 22 miles away from where I moved to with the change. After several calls to customer service they got me this location for drop off. This location is a shopping strip. They did not have a drop box. Since I have to select something about location clean and inviting and personnel helpful, etc. understand I spoke to no one there and could not see inside as the location was closed when I dropped off.
