When I got the truck there was a notification on the dashboard that the rear tires were low. I mentioned this to the clerk when I returned it and she said 'I know'. This tells me they don't care about their trucks or they want the customer to maintain them. Either way, I don't like it.

Josh WI knew in advance that the store was not open on Sunday’s which is not a problem. The U-haul check in process is very simple. However, this location did not have a key drop off box. The representative on the phone directed me to another location to return the key. Extremely inconvenient and out of my way. As a result I need to go back to the store on Monday to return the key. Very dissatisfied with this particular situation.
