As I mentioned my reservation was moved locations last minute for pick-up. In addition, I got a drop of location 22 miles away from where I moved to with the change. After several calls to customer service they got me this location for drop off. This location is a shopping strip. They did not have a drop box. Since I have to select something about location clean and inviting and personnel helpful, etc. understand I spoke to no one there and could not see inside as the location was closed when I dropped off.

Add a key drop box for after hours at this location

WENDY MI picked this location because of my unloading area and they do not have an after hours drop box. I did not realize that until I had already checked out. Also, they had Sunday hours listed, but they are closed on Sunday so I had to go back 2 more times to give them the key. U-Haul on line was a help, but there was no orange drop box and hours are wrong even thought UHaul gave me the information they had available to them. Would not ever use this location again for dropping off or renting for my next move.
