Unfortunately I was not notified until pickup that the dollies/furniture pads I requested were not available. Once I received the keys I was told which truck it was only to get to the truck and keys don't work. I went back to ask front desk but they had closed as soon as I left. I ened up having to test the key out to see which truck it was for. I was never able go check in or out the rental with the app. Still a little confused as to how I ended up being charged what I was originally quoted when I didn't get all the equipment request. I did have to extend my rental but only for any hour.
