I do want to suggest for less picturing upload through the app since it does take up too much time and the app shows 'Image can't be processed' multiple times. The timing issue is not a problem during returning the truck but during the pick-up session could make customer nervous since the timer started already.

It was a positive experience except the app wasn't working properly and it had us returning the vehicle when we were trying to rent it. Possibly user error 😕 but it wasn't a quick process. Make sure that you're not in a hurry especially if it isn't your first time renting. Utilize the customer service line. They are very helpful especially if you don't know what you're doing.
HEIDI LMake sure pad locks work I couldn't even lock it someone had to be with the truck at all time while we loaded and unloaded. The truck was extremely high and it was difficult to get in consider putting a step to make it easier for short people
CLAUDIA SLock to get key didn't work, vehicle was filthy in the inside of the cab. When brakes applied, the whole truck was shaking, Really could use service. Extremely disappointed in the entire process.
