I could not continue with the verbal checkout, truck was empty, no gas and to top it off store attendant took the dolly that I had reserved out of the truck so when I got to location to pick up refrigerator, which is why I rented the truck. I also reserved an appliance so late and she Took it out and I did not have use of one upon my destination.
