I had to return the rental trailer 1 hour after my rental becuase my worker couldnt make it to work. I asked if they could wave the fee and theynwere very rude and said no. Once you rental your done. I rental a lot from you guys and I believe I should get a refund for the rental. I. Renting the following day but one thing im never going back at this location.

Martin GI could not continue with the verbal checkout, truck was empty, no gas and to top it off store attendant took the dolly that I had reserved out of the truck so when I got to location to pick up refrigerator, which is why I rented the truck. I also reserved an appliance so late and she Took it out and I did not have use of one upon my destination.
