The check-out process was a pain. I’d have to wait for cashier to cash out convenient store customers until there was a lull and then he’d get to me, even though I waited in line like others.

geoffrey bThe speedy mart location was a disaster I went there to pick up the truck on time Saturday morning. The system was down so I had to complete the process on my phone while the owner/ manager looked at me. When I got the truck the dolly I ordered and payed for and the furniture pads where not included and I left without them, again the manager was not bothered by this when I returned the truck and said I should call the number to get my money back?! NO HELP AT ALL. The truck was covered in bird shit and overall this was not what I was used to from Uhaul. Now I need to figure out how to get a refund on the items that where not available.
