Was told I'd get a call back from Hesperia loc, where I rented from - I didn't. I called to confirm, no trucks to be found except an hour away. Gave card to hold the truck, went to pay at site with a different card, original was already charged for rental. Rental was for 9 days, was called after 5 days asking why I hadn't returned the vehicle after 3rd day. I explained my rental was for 9 days not 3. Lots of confusion on U-hauls part, no communication

MINTOO MThey had a water cooler & coffee. super thankful because it was hot.
MARK MThey did not do anything correctly as far as checking in and checking out I ended up getting charged for gas and I put gas in the tank at the place that rented me the truck they didn't ask for ID no info as far as checking out it was a very very terrible experience!!!
