The store clerk used their personal laptop to complete the transaction. They told me I couldn't use my debit card to complete the transaction and that I had to use a credit card. After I refused they told me I had to pay with cash and pay an extra 100$. I was charged 3.50 from their debit machine on top of the 100$. The clerk barely spoke English. After everything when I brought the truck back they made me do circle check on the vehicle and give them the pictures. They never once looked at the truck or odometer. When I asked for my deposit back they called someone and started speaking in another language. Not English and not French. It whole experience was like I was in a 3rd world country.

DEBORAH AThe staff was welcoming, efficient, and very kind! My only concern was that the dolly provided in the truck was broken and held together with red duct tape. While I did not rent it and wasn't charged because of the broken seal, it was clearly unsafe for service. Everything else about the experience was excellent, but I’d recommend pulling that piece of equipment from the truck.
