When ordering online I chose to check in at the counter. There is no counter. We located a phone number and were able to get a person from a nearby business who helped by placing our check in online. That wasn’t clear on the website. All else was great

I’m not a tech savvy individual so I had to call the phone number. Your representative Dante was a big help and was able to guide me through the process of getting my UHaul. This location is not a typical store, you will have to use mobile app and create account to make process easier. Overall, I was please to use UHaul and will continue in future.
