DOUGLAS HThe van retrieval process was quite frustrating. Using the app and not understanding what was being asked to me. As well as having to have three people who know me verify that they know me in order for the rental to be OK with an out-of-state license seemed a little excessive. Especially when you already have my credit card and a valid ID. Aside from that the van was clean and everything worked out well. The two gentlemen who came outside, who apparently worked there during the weekdays were very kind as well..
