Tell the customer about the self check-in process of taking pictures ahead of time…. Accessing the key took a while too because it would not work for me the first five times. And letting them know about the lengthy drop off process(because of the taking pictures again)…. Otherwise now that I know all that it will be easier next time

Better signage for office. We didn't know where to go to check in. Signs that direct customers that they should complete the check in process on their own would also be helpful.
