Location refused to give me a receipt on the spot and even now 24 hours later. Awful attitude. No greeting or customer service upon arrival. Waiting 20-25 minutes before someone said a word to me. Worst transaction of my life. Will never return. Staff was rude, unprofessional and became aggressive and vulgar at the end.

The truck was clean overall but had ants in the cab and smelled very smoky. The gentleman onsite early in the morning hit the ground running to help me. The system was down and the very kind woman from customer service helped walk us through the rental process.

If I had an option I would take my business to uhauls competitor. ........THE U-HAUL APP IS AWFUL..... find another template and fire whoever worked on building the current app..
