The guy working the front desk was rude his coworker was working hard to solve a problem and he kept interrupting her. The manager hid in the office while 3 customers waited in line me being one who only needed to grab the keys since I had booked online and processed on the U-Haul app. No one in line was acknowledged as we waited close to ten minutes.

There was a charge for packing materials put on my card but I never got packing materials from the store and I never used packing materials so I called for a refund but never got it. Customer service needs improvement.

Truck was old with a broken sun visor. Line was long on checkout due to understaffing. There was not the amount of gasoline stated on the contract. It was hard to get in and out of the yard due to blocked driveways.

My truck that I was assign, it was in a horrific condition. It had a very nasty odor, the truck was not wash. I have rented more than 10 times this year trucks from Uhaul. And by far, this was one of the worst ones. It even was worst than Bakersfield. I receive a credit from the pick up place, but is not about that. I had to hold my puke for a 4 hour trip. :(

There should be an inspection check on the equipment that is loaned out. There was a missing peg on the tow dolly and the fender weld was completely torn off and was flying in the freeway. We had to pull over and buy zip ties and secure them. Safety should be a concern when loaning out the equipment.

It take about 20 minutes to get the rental agreement completed, very slow computers. The driveways are blocked by trailers, open doors after opening time. The staff was very nice and professional.

This is probably the worst U-Haul that I've ever rented from. And I've been renting from U-Haul for over 5 years. Didn't do the walk-through with me or give me the 3D image of the vehicle to do the walk-through so I can Mark damages. Also was told that I couldn't use my PayPal debit card which does have a MasterCard symbol on it and I have used it at several other locations. Also damages to the vehicle that I was not aware of and they tried to stick me with the damages of $800 as I did call customer service they did some investigations and found out that this was a reoccurring thing and nobody had marked it down or made it aware that there were damages from the previous renters. Then on top of that they waited over a week to charge me and also sent me three different contracts so regardless things were a bit confusing and on top of that I was also charged a late fee this location is trash and the entire staff and set up should be fired and reconfigured. Way to go U-Haul way to treat one of your top customers like s***........ 0 stars from me and two thumbs down for me for Midway location Thank you for your concern

Had the U-Haul dealer not charged me extra for an after hours dropoff and a cleaning fee after telling me that there would be no additional charge, I may have a different opinion. I specifically called to check and the gentleman on the phone said that I could drop it off after hours with no charge. Additionally, the exterior of the trailer was dirty when I picked it up, and the interior was average. When I delropped it off it was in no worse condition and they still charged me an additional cleaning fee. It’s this kind of hidden charging and blatant lying to customers that will ensure that I never rent from this location again!

You can let them know they lied to me about a gas credit. I drove a 10' truck one way to Oceanside. If I brought it back with over the 1/4 mark I'd receive a $21. credit. And, I was told any amount over the amount you left with would be credited cash wise. In Oceanside, I was told, there is no credit we can give you. I would have to deal with PT. Loma Uhaul for that money!!! So no, I'm not happy with my service if Uhaul this time! I'd like to be contacted about this. Gregory Means
