The location itself was fine. I am upset that I made a reservation on Sun afternoon for a one way trip from Ca to Az. Somebody from uhaul called me Monday morning after I had already arrived in Ca to tell me I could not do that and cancelled my reservation. After calling back and speaking to multiple people, I finally got somebody on the phone that said there was no problem renting a trailer one way and set up a new reservation for me. It took up my entire day trying to get this squared away and was one of the worst customer service experience's I have ever had.Dion L.
Robin & staff were amazing! This location was very helpful! the 1 800 call center is NOT! Reserved a trailer and then had to wait 4 days and had to pay for hotels until a trailer was available. U haul would not help at all, no discounts etc. I have used U haul many times but now I will be telling others to be very careful and customer service at the 1 800 # ....no! Go to a actual location. . I was very disappointed that my trailer was not available when I received a confirmation etc. You should not be able to pick trailer info etc and then not receive it. I spent over $600 waiting for a trailer and my Husband and I were 3 days late to our new employer. Not happy with u haul but very happy with this location /Robin and staff!Ne'Cole J.
If it's a 1995 rental for a day, have the sales person reiterate that it will be at least double to triple that price with the gas mileage. The $19.95 per day written in bold orange letters on all of your pick up trucks is misleading! FrustratingERIC W.

I couldn't get a hold of a real person even after spending a long time on hold. The self checkin process is time consuming and I had to repeat information that I had already provided. The website is not user friendly. I needed to make some changes and it was very difficult to see where I would do this. The truck was parked behind another truck and I had to wait in line to ask for someone to move it. At the end of the day I wanted to extend my rental for another day and could not get anywhere on the website or contact a real person on the phone or through chat. I will not use UHaul again in the future. The customer service needs to be drastically improved.Elizabeth B.

First and foremost, don't bill someone 3 weeks after the rental was completed. I just got a notice from my bank saying u haul tried to bill me but I didnt have enough funds . Well no, I didnt ,and had I known it was going to be three weeks later I would have made sure there was enough in the account . I forgot about it and actually thought it had been taken care of. Do you know what kind of mess that can cause to someone's account? Cmon how about being a little more punctual with your billing.STEVEN B.
The truck didn't have much gas in it which was fine bc I wasn't going far, but then they tried to charge me for a full tank of gas even though I drove less than 10 miles. I had to explain that it was impossible to use a full tank of gas in 10 miles and they begrudgingly didn't charge me. One of the workers (a guy) didn't accurately know how to work the online checkin and kept giving me incorrect instructions. The woman working there was good.Suzanne B.

The U-Haul phone app did not work at the location - it was impossible to get the app to recognize my location, so I had to wait in line for 15 minutes in the cramped office to pick up the van I had reserved (so much for Covid-19 safety). At the time of pickup, I was provided with a van that had a flat tire (the front left tire was down 40 lbs.; the warning light was on; the tire was visibly bulging with the weight of the empty van). When I asked an attendant about the tire he simply kicked it (???) and told me that the warning light was probably broken, which was complete nonsense. Because the tire was an obvious hazard, I had to search for a service station with a working air pump at midnight and fill the tire with 40 lbs of air (the warning light was not "broken" - it went out as soon as I filled the tire). Upon return, the tire I filled had lost all of the air I added. At the time of drop-off, the attendant who took my return understood the issue and said he would take the van out of service to repair the tire and gave me one day's credit for the inconvenience, but the location should not be releasing vans with flat tires. Covid-19 protocols at the location seemed poor - I saw an attendant behind the counter remove his mask to sneeze!JOHN B.
