The truck was ready. However, I ordered 11 blankets and an appliance folly. I was told the same day of pick up ‘we don’t have that stuff here’. I had made my reservation over 3 weeks in advance. No one could call ahead of time. I had to ask where were the blankets and dolly the day I’m moving. Will never reserve a U-Haul at this location.
