The original person I talked to aske for a code which I didn't have and them told me I had to call another phone # to co firm the reservation a d get the code. I talked to.a friend man on the other end who helped me finish my reservation process. I went to the parking lot next door because the U-Haul trucks are not kept on the liquor store property but on a property that is right next to them. I was asked to take pictures of the mileage and the gas and then retext it back to the number that I had to call to get the code. I ended up going to my storage and opening up the back of the truck which was then full of U-Haull freight blamkets which I didn't order and where not folded or neat but thron in there. Thos was a bit of a nuisance since I had to text the man again and tell him about the issue which he replied "oh you can you them I won't charge you." Aa if doing me a Favor. The fact that there was alot they kept getting in the way and after loafing the truck I now had to figure out WHERE TO FIT THESE DAM BLANKETS. UGH. So in reality it didn't help the moving situation and made it inconvenient for an already long and hot day!

Alex RI went to three different locations to check out the moving truck The check out places were very hard to find… You guys need to install more directional sign to guide customers to the office The place I tried to check in was a liquor store…very confusing….
Kevin NThe person who manages the U-Haul rental isn’t even on site. The store clerk helped me as best he could in between waiting on customers. We actually had to look through other trucks to collect other equipment we had paid for. The manager didn’t charge us for the hand truck, but it was still unreasonable to expect us to deal with gathering all this. I would not recommend this site at all.
