I went to three different locations to check out the moving truck The check out places were very hard to find… You guys need to install more directional sign to guide customers to the office The place I tried to check in was a liquor store…very confusing….

The person who manages the U-Haul rental isn’t even on site. The store clerk helped me as best he could in between waiting on customers. We actually had to look through other trucks to collect other equipment we had paid for. The manager didn’t charge us for the hand truck, but it was still unreasonable to expect us to deal with gathering all this. I would not recommend this site at all.
