We told the agent that we are going to return it at 8pm. Instead he put down at 5pm. We got charge extra day because of someone’s not paying attention to customer.

Elizabeth vThey never returned a call in spite of listing a phone number. No one was at the location where I picked up and dropped off the truck, and I had previously called to ask if this was a manned location. Not what I expected, and I have rented UHauls multiple times over the years. The main San Diego customer service was great, but I will NEVER work with remote, unmanned locations again.
SUSAN LRental pick up location is not highly visible and we thought it was a U-Haul branch or location (those visible U haul with many trucks/vehicle that can be seen)
GILBERTO CAfter gour drop-off. Had no idea where to park the truck. Drove around aimlessly until finding other trucks parked in the back corner of the multiple buildings. This questionnaire is making me fill in all the answers. I did not speak to anybody to properly answer that question.
