terrible. delayed my entire move-out. sat in my car for almost an hour trying to figure out the dumb app. chat agents were not responsible whatsoever and i kept getting an error message. only to find it out ONCE I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE that the rental I RESERVED was out of stock. the movers i hired was already at my place waiting and it completely backed them up! terrible terrible. never renting with uhaul again or recommending it to anyone.

Not having someone in person to deal with is not ideal. The moving blankets I reserved were not in the truck. The tank was less than half when I picked up the truck. I was charged for gasoline I did not use. I have a photo of the dashboard when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. The needle was in the same spot, and I drove a total of 7 miles but got charged for 6 gallons of gas. I've used U-Haul in the past and not had issues but will think twice next time.
Joseph MThe location was not open. I had a guaranteed pickup at 09:00am and started the mobile check in about 8:55am. Once I confirmed that I saw the right truck, I went around the building to their office. It was not labeled CZ Ventures LLC, but instead is the office of College Hunks. Then, nobody was there. I called the number and the man told me the guys "just left" so he had to get them back. He could see my reservation, so do they not check reservations before leaving? I waited for over 30 minutes for them, in the sun. It was absolutely ridiculous. I waited so long that the man called me back and said it looks like my reservation is gone, but it wasn't. U-Haul had just marked the reservation as active as if I already had the keys. The man on the phone never apologized, but the man who showed up did. I will never rent from this location again.

Tremaine TWe told the agent that we are going to return it at 8pm. Instead he put down at 5pm. We got charge extra day because of someone’s not paying attention to customer.
