Angelina Lterrible. delayed my entire move-out. sat in my car for almost an hour trying to figure out the dumb app. chat agents were not responsible whatsoever and i kept getting an error message. only to find it out ONCE I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE that the rental I RESERVED was out of stock. the movers i hired was already at my place waiting and it completely backed them up! terrible terrible. never renting with uhaul again or recommending it to anyone.
Elisabeth VNot having someone in person to deal with is not ideal. The moving blankets I reserved were not in the truck. The tank was less than half when I picked up the truck. I was charged for gasoline I did not use. I have a photo of the dashboard when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. The needle was in the same spot, and I drove a total of 7 miles but got charged for 6 gallons of gas. I've used U-Haul in the past and not had issues but will think twice next time.
