ROSEANNA NI submitted comments at my return at check out and received no response. 1) why was i charged fuel if i filled up the van before return? 2) I didnt use the furniture pads and bags were unopened and I was still charged.
DARYLE ODidn’t have the furniture dollys I requested when I put in my reservation online. But overall it was a quick and easy experience. They guys there were great ! Thank you
