The entire process was fantastic! The rental location made the process even easier.

Keep the same manager!!!
Darlene ISimple and easy pick up and drop off and everyone was extremely nice.
Stevie GEverybody was super nice and helpful. Maybe have a sign near the street saying Uhaul check in pointing toward keg and bottle? Overall I have zero complaints and everything was great.
Zachary DInstructions are not clear on process since the vehicles are parked a different parking lot. The store only holds the keys and any non-vehicle add ons. Communication is made via text and not through official U-Haul channels. When I received the keys to the vehicle, upon immediate inspection, I noticed that the windshield was extremely dirty and the interior cab was EXTREMELY sticky including seat belts, cup holders, floors, etc. the floors on the passenger side had bits of what looked like mulch on the floor. Mirrors were not adjustable at all and the doors to the cab don't close all the way so you have to really try a few times. One time we leaned on the door thinking it was closed (no light or warning indicating) and it opened up while driving. It coincidentally had some rain and when you use the wipers, they are basically non-existent- it made visibility worse. Securing the lock can be tricky if you're not aware of the ramp's position and can get stuck- needs a good WD40 spray. Based on the refueling instructions on the receipt and stickers, a 40 gallon tank that needs a little over a quarter tank is about 10-12 gallons refill. When I filled up to the calculated amount, it ended up filling the tank to 1/2! I feel like I paid more in gas than what I should, explained that to the same person via text to which the response was "yeah about 10 gallons is good". Absolutely no concern. I explained my concerns to the manager or whoever is coordinating their UHAUL program. My concerns and comments seemed to be seen/read but not received/mattered. I understand trucks can get beat up over time, but maintenance of cleanliness and presentation is neglected. The "resolution" was to let them know to make sure I have a newer truck for a future rental. I have rented many UHAUL trucks throughout the area and this has got to be the most neglected/worse condition I have received/used a truck. I am not happy with how the situation was addressed/lack of customer service.
