Robbie!!!! Robbie!!! You will communicate with him when you pick up your truck. He knows the business inside out and will make sure the vehicle is ready to go with all the extras you need (e.g., blankets, dollies, etc.)! I had a check engine light come on and he walked me through troubleshooting the problem and we were on our way! A people person who cares.
