Rental pick up location is not highly visible and we thought it was a U-Haul branch or location (those visible U haul with many trucks/vehicle that can be seen)

After gour drop-off. Had no idea where to park the truck. Drove around aimlessly until finding other trucks parked in the back corner of the multiple buildings. This questionnaire is making me fill in all the answers. I did not speak to anybody to properly answer that question.

William TThe guy was very nice, but it wasn't the location I originally ordered and the truck was technically fine but a horrible ride. Tires felt bald, brakes were very hard to push and the truck sounded like it was going to stall on the idle. This might all be normal. I don't usually drive trucks.
DOROTHY PTruck needs repair. Top of truck had a gash which cause my furniture to get drenched!! Pickup location changed TWICE. And no dolly, as originally requested. The guy called me 5 minutes before my rental start time and told me the truck was not available at the location. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! Worst experience.
