It was the location of pick up that I was frustrated with. I scheduled the pick up at 9am and the business owner didn't come to open the location until 9:45am. And I had hired movers for 9am,so they were in the clock since 9am and I was paying them to wait. It was a bad experience. But I called Uhaul and they gave me a 50 dollar discount,which was appreciated.
Orlando RI was so happy with my experience here. The location is so convenient. Lots of parking and easy access. Isabella is super nice and she was helpful and patient with me. I will definitely go here again, and recommend to my friends and family.
