The latches on the trailer were hard to work with because they were rusted.

Javier NI had picked up vehicle on Thursday about 40 minutes before my scheduled time of 12:00pm, with a scheduled drop off of Sunday at 12:00pm, I actually dropped off vehicle on Friday, and Isabella of Isabella's furniture indicated I would have an email receipt within 30 minutes or so. I never got the confirmation. In addition, after I had gotton the confirmation from my local U-haul dealer, I then received an additional charge of 58.10. even though I did not have the vehicle for the agreed upon 3 days. Manager at that location told me the charge would be reversed, but as of now, I still have that additional 58.10 on my credit card.
