We have now been illegally charged for 3 trucks. We only rented 1 and returned it within 6 hours. According to the fraudsters who are running this location, we still have trucks out 3 days later. I have called and it still hasn’t been resolved. I will never use u-haul again.

Dennis PIt was the location of pick up that I was frustrated with. I scheduled the pick up at 9am and the business owner didn't come to open the location until 9:45am. And I had hired movers for 9am,so they were in the clock since 9am and I was paying them to wait. It was a bad experience. But I called Uhaul and they gave me a 50 dollar discount,which was appreciated.
