No, unfortunately this location did not provide a good customer experience. We called the location seven times to confirm they were open but were unable to reach anyone. When we arrived during their posted business hours, no one was on-site to assist us with unhooking the trailer. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially after making multiple attempts to confirm that someone would be available.
