Have the stated vehicle ready and not blocked in when you show up for pickup which then takes an extra 45 mins due to calling support and having to get a bigger truck.
Brett PYou can do a final walk through with your customers (as requested) instead of checking the vehicle 3 hours later because you're too busy doing an oil change and then charge an entire unethical and unnecessary cleaning fee.
AARON DI cannot reach them and was overcharged. I returned my vehicle at 130 pm and they charged me for 430 pm. I was charged an extra full day
