We opted for the self pick up to save time, but ended up with spending more time as we had to go to the Center to pick up keys, etc. The guy at the 'green tent' could have been a bit more enthused about his job. Felt like pulling tooth just to get an answer from him.

This place is usually fine, this time the inside of the cab was unclean, spilt drink on the dashboard, sticky. Also the AC was broken in the truck. I did the self check in, never again. It took too long to verify my license and head shot, 8 minutes of sitting around waiting. The parking lot is huge and I was expected to find the truck among dozens. After it was finally verified I still had to walk all the way back to service center and wait in line for the keys! What's the point of self service?! Not easier or faster. Never again.

I have zero complaints about the location where I picked up my truck. The app experience, attempting to utilize the features which allow after-hours pick up/drop off. No where in the app process was it made clear that my reservation was only tentative and my location "preferred", meaning my pickup location could be changed without an notice to me and I wouldn't find out until I arrived at the location to pick up my equipment. As a result, I walked to the pick up location, and was then told I would have to travel over 5 miles away (I don't own a car, I rely on public transit) to pick up my truck and there was no alternative. Throughout my experience with customer service, I was told again and again that any location chosen for a reservation via the app is "preferred" and when I inquired where that was stated I never received an answer. To add insult to injury, customer service issued me a $50 gift certification on my *next* rental and closed my ticket without informing me. It was only after I pointed out that their solution did zero to assist with my current situation did they reopen my ticket. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone in a managerial role to discuss this case with them. Working in tech, I understand how important it is for a company's app experience to be seamless and transparent. My experience was anything but.

Although the location was busy, the personnel were very responsive. The wait time was less than 5 minutes.

Would be helpful if staff actually greeted you when you pull in. First comment I received was a staff walking by drinking a soda who said "wait a minute". Staff appear bored and uninterested in their jobs. Had to remind staff to check in my return of blankets and hand truck.

I rented a Rug Doctor carpet cleaner. Although the equipment was availability, they were completely out of stock of the cleaning solution. I had to find another store to purchase the cleaning solution. In addition, the equipment was dirty and the filter had not been clean by the previous user. I would recommend this location for its convenient location, parking and hours.
