It was the worst experience I ever had! 1- I couldn’t get my rental on time with the check in online- it was awful- the manager won’t even help me- I had waited and wasted 2 Hours for nothing. 2) truck needed to be checked for tires pressure check- no one even cared to follow up. I paid almost $600 for a shitting service 3) roadside assistance is awful- I was forced to get insurance and what I needed help with was not covered. Why even carry insurance? 4) I filled the gas full and wasn’t refunded the extra while i was told I will. Just awful experience

Manager and several female employees were repeatedly, astonishingly rude to customers. I don’t know who does the hiring, but you need someone else to make the hiring decisions. Saw several customers get yelled at. Hostile vibe. I don’t want to go into a store to spend money and get talked to like I’m an idiot. This experience was ridiculous. They had a sign on the door that clearly said the line begins inside, 6 feet between people, then continues inside. Nobody was inside. Nobody was st the door directing people. Then when customers followed the directions on the sign and came inside, they got yelled at. One employee said to another customer “can’t you read?!” Wehrmacht he was clearly following the instructions on the sign. I didn’t catch her name, but the female manager is always extremely rude to customers. I’ve been in 5 times and always see her being grumpy and condescending toward customers. It’s just not ok. She needs to find a job where she doesn’t interact with the public. The way she consistently talks to customers is just not ok. She talks to people like they are idiots, and she’s doing them a favor by being there. She rolls her eyes at people constantly. I don’t normally write reviews ever, but this situation is not okay and something needs to be done.

I called in the morning to confirm the hrs of business. Was told it was from 0700-1900 hrs. I hurried back and reached the establishment by 1800-hrs only to discovered they closed for the day. Had I been given the accurate information in the morning when I called, I wouldn't have wasted an extra trip

I had to wait around half an hour to pick up the van because the yard people were doing something else even though they saw me standing there. I had to go into the office twice to let them know that I was still waiting for the van.

the woman at the desk was rude and snickered at me when my credit card deposit didn't go through, even after I told her that I wanted to use cash. I had to leave and load up my card and come back which was super inconvenient.

The check in and payment process took more than 30 minutes from arrival. Our issue was being sent from the Sunnyvale location due to an issue on Sunnyvale's end. The staff was not accommodating at all. They stated they closed at 7pm but we had to be there by 645pm for a pick up. We were told about the change after 5pm. With commute traffic and coordinating 2 people to get there, meant 90 minutes each way. Wow no understanding. They took our money, charged more than what was discussed and then did not seem to care. If renting an auto train sport ask questions. They basically hit it up. No assistance in how to hook your car I got more assistance from the day workers outside the gate

We had to wait more then 90 minutes to get a truck. And when we did get it, it was dirty and not clean in the inside. One of the worst places, I have ever been to at a U-Haul!!!!!. Even the gas level was not accurate in the contract versus on the gauge. Just terrible..........
