I rented 2 uboxes they were to be shipped to Vancouver Washington by the 18th it is the 22nd and they have yet to get my boxes to me.on fact they cant even deliver it to the agreed upon location nor the alternate one.My belongings are somewhere in Oregon and they expect me to wait till the 30th for my things and though I have spoken to 3 different sales associate's who were unable to assist me and who promised to have the manager call me I have yet to receive that call .Can you say unprofessional I cannot recommend uhaul shipping to anyone.I can only say they will never ship anything of mine again.

The man who put the auto transport to our SUV didn't put it on right we went from San Francisco all the way to Tracy ca to pick up a car and when we drove it on top The Who flat bed popped off from the tow hitch and went straight up in the air and scratched my brothers SUV I asked for a refund because we couldn't get the car so we wasted 6-7 hrs of our day to not even come back with the car I haven't received my refund yet my phone number is 6504388842 and my name is William Marcelo thank you and have a great day

Have qualified employees that know how to oporate and hook up equipment. Trailer disconnected on hwy 101. Received road side assistance and then got a flat tire. Horrible experience with quality of equipment and service rep.

Stop charging outside. Always have customers go inside for the correct charges. Not the one the guys outside put on there telson. Tips are earned not given to people without work. Would like to have a area to add a picture.

It was nice that there was no line but the employees moved very slowly so I wouldn't recommend going to this location if you're in a hurry . At some points I even felt like I was a bother to them. This was my first time using u-haul I had a lot of questions and the employee wasn't well informed on your equipment . Other than that things were fine . over the phone customer service was great and very informed (using the 800 468-4285 number)

Might consider air fresheners for the vehicles. It was a cold morning so we didn't want the windows open at 1st, but after a minute I was glad to freeze rather than smell that van. Very unpleasant smell.

When we arrived to pick up our truck at 5 AM we used the after hours online pick up process. Since the cargo area is not secured with a pad-lock of any sort a homeless gentlemen was sleeping in the back. Luckily for us he quietly exited when we arrived. The gas gauge was also much lower than what the app said it was. We were able to submit pictures to document this. When we returned our truck after hours we were very cautious to take pictures of our gas and odometer which was a good thing as the next day we were billed for gas. They claimed there was 1/4 tank less of gas than we left it with and billed us $18. This location has had an issue with gas being siphoned out of their trucks left out front over night as the gas doors are not lock or latch secured. The frustrating issue is the local "traffic control" individual Tenya Martinez was absolutely horrible to deal, lacked custumer service skills, was unwilling to help resolve the issue as "she had other customers to deal with" and essentially stated it was my fault that I didn't put enough gas in the tank... BUT I DID, I HAVE PICTURES!! Luckily we finally found a customer service rep that was able to take care of things for us.
