I was charged a cleaning fee at the conclusion of my rental. That would make sense to me if the car I rented was clean when I checked in. I reported the issue and was charged. I would understand if every reservation was charged a cleaning fee but then the car would have to be clean when you checked in. There was: Dirt all around the exterior Dirt and muddy footprints in the back bed

I was charged for dollys I intended to rent that I did not get put in the back of my rental. When I asked the gentleman at the counter if they were in the back, since I didn't see them, he said yes. I trusted him so I drove to my old rental to load the van and there were no dollies. I wanted to discuss this fact upon return of the van, but when I went in to return my keys, there was no one in the place and the door was locked despite it being 11AM. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come help and no one did. Awful service, but the van was clean

The service at the location was great but the Van had some major issues with the brakes. They weren't really working and I realized that trying to brake on the highway just to find that I had to use all of my strength to push the pedal down with very little response. I'd recommend servicing the vans and not putting anyone else at risk. This has nothing to do with the specific location. The service on bot the pick up and drop-off was wonderful. Thanks!

The guy who work in the counter is very unprofessional very unfriendly and Rude. This guy shouldn't be working at the counter. The day I return the truck around 3:40 pm. I was trying to follow the instruction that the Uhaul texted me.. but for some reason when I took the picture of the gas and the Milage it giving me this message THE Mileage that I enter for return was lower than the Mileage when I left.. and because of that message the apps won't let closed my rental contract. I went up to the to ask the guy who works there to help to closed my rental contract. His response to me was very rude. He told me he doesn't have time to help me to closed my contract and he'll just take care of it when he comes back to work the next day

Everything was easy...smooth pickup (guy at the counter was kind, helpful, truly provided great customer service), the truck was in great condition and the o line after-hour dropoff was a breeze!

the truck could be cleaner given the global crisis, but it wasn't filthy either. There were definitely dirt marks/rocks found in the truck prior to driving it.

I reserved 2 vehicles using the corporate 800#. I could not confirm with location because no one answers phone in 5 attempts. V-mail box full so can't leave message. I reconfirm reservation with corporate 800# day before pickup. When I arrive the guy in office says only have 1 reservation. I provide both reservation numbers and he said not in system. I reconfirmed what I needed then he said because I return by 2:30 I can have 2nd truck as next reservation was at 3. Such a waste of time. Also when dropping off the website doesn't show truck number so I have no idea which information to enter. It just shows contract number. Luckily the girl at the office was much more helpful. She is the only reason i am giving 3 stars and she is only reason I will consider renting from uhaul again

The vehicle needs to be checked for bad light be for going in service. Like head light, tail lights and Turn signals as well.

The personal at that location want able to explain properly the renting procedure. I had two reservations, and finally he canceled them but I was still getting notifications for them, plus I want explained properly how to return the keys. Also I was charged another $ 7-8 today. When I came to return the van there were 6 people that didn't know what to do. Finally I just dropped the keys into the store through the hole in the window. I wish I was explained better the procedure

The van had very dirty wind shield, oil needed alert and a transmission problem. Also, it's reasonable to keep the office open until 5 or 6pm, not closing at 4pm

Truck was dirty when I got it and I was charged an extra $25 for cleaning when I returned it, even though I sent a photo of the dirty truck through the app,. Location was "open" but nobody was there, nobody answered the phone, and the call went to voive mail which was full. I ordered a dolly and furniture pads and they were not with the truck. I spent a total of 45 minutes on hold during 3 separate phone calls to customer service and still the fraudulent charges were not entirely refunded. Overall the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul.
