1) not give me a truck with a broken windshield. 2) If giving me a truck that is damaged to include it on the pre-rental inspection form - and not tell me "It's in the computer when i point it out. 3) Be able to give me an answer to "who pays if I get a ticket for driving a truck with a broken windshield?" - and ideally the answer should be "I'm sorry, let me get you a vehicle that is road legal"

I was charged a cleaning fee even tho, all I did with the truck is haul furniture to the Goodwill. There was nothing to clean. If you charged me for some crumbled drywall that was in the bed of the truck in between the little crevices -- that was there when we picked the truck up so you ought to do a better job each time the truck is returned and you probably should have charged whoever had the truck before me. I've already filed a dispute.

Make it clear that customers should bring dolly/blankets inside the shop when returning truck. Other locations I have been to ask me to leave those items in the truck when returning. Thanks for an overall great and easy experience!

Truck condition was better suited for garbage hauling. Transmission shot (Accelerating from a stop, transmission would slam into gear), dashboard looked like a nuclear power plant alarm panel, every warning light possible was lit up. Arrived at store at 8:45 AM, already had the "be back in 15 minutes" sign up.... obviously not back in 15 minutes... But the guy was curteous and I was in and out timely.. just not thrilled about the POS truck...

the $19.99 advertisement leads you to believe your getting a decent deal till they charge 1.09 per millage and you still pay for the gas and taxes and surcharge i ended up paying way more then i thought i was going to be paying

I had nothing bad to say about the location. I did knock off a star because U-Haul called me right as I was about to return my truck to a different location that I had scheduled and told me that I "needed" to return it to this location because my original location was overbooked. When I asked if they could offer any discount for accommodating their demand, they only offered an additional 5 miles because they saw that it was 4.9 miles from the original return location to this one. Terrible customer service to not offer anything better when creating an inconvenience to me. I am sure they would have added on extra charges if I changed my mind from the original agreement at the last minute. Oh well. Other than that the truck rental was great. And this location seemed fine.

I arrived a bit early and received quick and friendly service. The van I borrowed seemed brand new. I was going to be a hour late so I called them and they said it was fine since they weren't busy that day. I will definitely use their services again
