Just a storage facility. The clerk behind the counter refused to come out and inspect the truck with me at drop-off. He didn't even check the mileage or the gas fill line, he just took my word for it. Didn't open the back truck or do a walk-around post-rental with me. He said that's not their job; that someone else comes from U-Haul to do it. He refused to print out a copy of my receipt for me. He said they can't print anything. He emailed it to me but I wanted a physical paper printout saying I dropped the truck off.

Had to remove and thoroughly clean floor mats as shoes were sticking to whatever someone split down there.
MARTIN PYour U-Haul number not working if you have any questions to turn your truck, As for your phone app is garbage there is no option to return your truck. I would not go or rent a truck anymore. I spent almost 30 minutes.
