Michael B.Very hard to get into area crowded, personal vehicle was parked not easy at all to get in or out. Or where to leave the trailer I rented.
lori M.Nobody there only place to park was in mud area was blocked by two flatbed wreckers w8th wrecked cars waiting on traffic. Couldn't turn around got stuck. I was there on a Saturday at 1 pm and was assured the place was open and staffed that place didn't open till 4pm.
GARY M.The door on my trailer was getting stuck the entire time of use to the point I needed a second person to help yank it close each time. Then the rivets that held the latch on fell out, not like it would have mattered with how stuck the door was. Told the employee about this and he didn't seem to care or offer any sort of compensation or apologies at all.
