Fix your web site. It is very inconsistent when it answers what equipment will be acceptable for towing. And it's very slow. And you don't guarantee reservations that the equipment will be where and when you say it will be, so list the locations phone number so the customer can check for themselves.

Truck was clean in cab and box but windshield had bird droppings and a lot of dust . Windshield washer device did not work, filled with fluid but still did not function.

This specific location no issues. When I called to make reservations they told me it closes at 4 when it closes at 6. When I arrived at the location, it seems like my reservations wasn't scheduled. For whatever reason, customer service that makes the appointments is not on the same page as the location. Scheduling or cancels doesn’t update.

People at this location need to be trained not only on the software but need to have good customer service skills. It took 3 times for them to get things right on the contract. They need to listen to the customer. I asked for a auto carrier for an ATV 4wd ATV vehicle not a quad or motorcycle. Their computers would not print so had to email the contract and paperwork. I will not go there again.

The inside of the truck, front and back, was disgusting. I had to clean out the back before loading. Papers, candy wrappers, chewed gum, dirt and debris...

When I picked up the truck, I was told that the location I had requested was not "available" and I would have to return the truck to a different location. Your employee could not give me direction to this other location. During the move, I received a call from Uhaul telling me that the return location had been changed again with direction to the new location. The location I had requested was less than 3 miles from my destination. I was sent to a location that was 17 miles out of my way. There were three locations that were all closer - one was 3 miles , one was 6 miles and one was 8 miles. Why was I sent to location 17 miles away? But the best part is that I to pay a fee because I had exceeded the allowed millage. When I protest that the only reason I exceeded the allowed millage was because Uhaul sent me 17 miles out of my, I was told "we are sorry, but you still have to pay the fee. If I could do it over, I would not have used Uhaul. I had to wait 50 minutes to pick up the truck. The hand cart was not on the truck - had to make a special trip to pick it up. Return location was changed twice, each time sending be further from my destination. I ended up driving 17 miles when there were three Uhaul locations that were closer. I has charged an extra fee because I had exceeded the allowed millage. Why would I ever do business with Uhaul again?

The mileage on the truck is different from the real mileage on the truck. There no one in the office for assistance. Also the office person was rude and she doesn't when trying to explain something to her.

Overall this was a very good experience. The person behind the counter was pleasant and professional and worked quickly. The vehicle was clean but not spotless. It worked as new and dripped no fluids in any driveway. If I had a need to rent again I would not hesitate to go back to this location I give it 5 Stars and happy to do so. RP

Picked up the truck. The lady marked that it is 3/4 tank gas. Went to the truck and it shows less than 3/4. Took a picture because she was the only one working and she had a lot of customers waiting. Showed her the picture and she says that she can’t change it on the paper but will note the computer. When I went to drop off the truck I filled it back up to the same level it was. They ended up charging me for fuel. I had to call twice and it’s still not resolved. Very annoying.

Pick a random customer for a free rental! Maybe start with initials ML! Seriously though, there isn't much you can do to improve! The location is a little remote, but what the heck! Great service!
