Thanks so much! I did not know that I would be charged by having a Service Representative check me in a day later (did so to save money). But when I was charged for this I told Kevin and he took care of it by calling district/corporate to refund. Was taken care of by noon on the same day that I brought up the discrepancy. Very much appreciate his 'going the extra mile' for customer service.
