They didn’t have my equipment ready. The man at the counter gave me attitude when I asked for the equipment I paid then they screwed me out of $70 worth of bubble wrap and packing paper I paid for but didn’t receive. The way they handled their screw up was terrible. I never got the packing materials I needed and paid for. I will continue to use the U-Haul motel location before ever trying these guys again. Will also not use any of the other services they offer at this location.
John DPlace was close, app drop off, location was fine.
