Excellent customer service from John! Great problem-solving when a trailer from another UHaul was too narrow to fit my wide-deck mower, made everything very easy, will definitely come back and recommend both this location and the other Sandusky, Ohio location on Perkins Ave.
ADAM HRented a brand new toy hauler and one of the wheels had not inner valve core for the tire stem. Caused problems and I replaced the part so I could finish the trip. Customer service was no help.
