TOM TIn the old days excellent service was the norm. People were friendly, helpful and attentive. Sadly those days are gone for the most part. In fact now when one does get excellent service we are quite frankly, surprised. John at the U-Haul rental on Route 250 in Sandusky, OH is an exceptional example of what service used to be. I was surprised when I looked up Excellent Service on Wikipedia and didn't see John's picture. All kidding aside John is a fine representative for U--Haul Rentals. He spent unlimited time finding the right truck, comparing round trip to one-way rental. And, after I scheduled the 26 footer. He arrived extra early to accommodate my early departure.
